Preparation
After chopping the vegetables, we fry them in a pot and let them cook in their own water. Then we put some garlic and Maggi, once the vegetables are well fried, we add more watter depending on the number of plates we’re serving. Once the water begins to boil, we add the pasta. Once it’s done, we add the potatoes and the cassava, a bit of salt (because the cheese might be already salty). When we have everything in the pot, we add the cheese and we taste if it has enough salt. In order to give some countryside flavor, we add coriander and some poleo before we finish.
